All products are made to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or refunds for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind.

However, we do accept returns, exchanges, or replacements for items that arrive damaged, defective, or misprinted.

Returns & Exchanges

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the problem

Once the issue is verified, we will offer a replacement, exchange, or refund, depending on the situation.

Returned items (if required) must be unused and in the same condition as received.

If a return is required, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after inspection (if a return is required).

  • Original shipping costs are not refundable
  • If return shipping is required, that cost may be deducted from the refund

Shipping & Delivery Issues

Delivery times may vary based on location and carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

For higher-value returns, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
